Over the course of the last ten months I have met a great deal of Rovers fans. Some I have made very good friends with. Some not so much. I don’t tend to write after a game because I always fear that it will become too emotional and not really balanced and fair when I reflect on the game. I must confess I’m not particularly looking forward to the game against City for a variety of reasons. Up until a few seasons ago, they were a very average side, struggling to maintain a safe position in the higher reaches of the Premier League. Today, I have been on a course with work which centred around an issue that has been part of Blackburn Rovers ever since they were taken over back in November last year. That’s right, I’m talking about; communication. Communication has been sadly lacking since Venkys took over last year. Well, after a turbulent week in the history of Blackburn Rovers. I have to say I’ve been caught up in the midst of it all… First things first, I’m very proud of Rovers beating Arsenal on Saturday. We played very very well in the second half. One player particularly impressed me and that was Jason Lowe. He started the game in midfield but when Salgado went off, he slotted in at right back and looked more than accomplished. Let me make this abundantly clear, I do not disagree with the protest march’s reasoning.  I want Steve Kean removed from the position as manager of Rovers as much as the next person.  I am sick of the positivity week in week out after abject performances. So, the Premier League is back this weekend. Rovers are away to Fulham on Sunday. What do I expect, what do I want?
